BALL BEARINGS

1.Radial Ball Bearing The most popular bearing to be used in a wide range of operating conditions from the simplest to the most complex. Designed to carry both radial and axil loads from either direction at relatively high speeds. Easy for fitting and maintenance Maximun capacity for primarily radial loading. Prelubricated single/double shielded types. Bearings with snap ring groove.
     
2.Angular Contact Ball Bearing Designed for combinations loading with high thrust capacity in one direction Rapid and effecient oil circulation. Cage materials and designs.
     
3.FourPoint Ball Bearing Designed to carry high thrust loads in both directions and moderate radial load. Split ring enables a larger compliment of balls to be fitted thus giving a high basic load rating. Outer assmebly can be mounted independently of inner ring. Cage design. Snap ring groove.
       
ROLLER BEARINGS

1.Spherical Roller Bearings   Self aligning wiht high radial and thrust capabilities accomadate dynamic misalignment due to shaft deflection, housing distortion or alighnment. Bearings incorporate new designs which resulted in improved performance.   Oil grooves and holes, straight or tapered bore - internal clearances accomadate operating conditions
         
2.Barrel Roller Bearings: Angular Contact Tpye   Designed for combined loads and can take care of misalignemnt. Inner and outer races are separted from cage and roller assembly and thus easy to install.    
         
3.Taper Roller Bearing   Particularly suitable for carring combined (radial and axil) loads. Seperable design cup and cone with cage and rollers assmebly can be mounted seperately

NEEDLE ROLLER BEARING
Using cages and needles manufactured from special steel and accurate sizes  these bearings are engineered to give a long life.

1.Needle cage / Needle roller and cage assmebles   High capacity with lowest possible croos section in a unit assmebly used with hardened and ground raceway. Very easy to install. can be fitted by hand without the use of tools. Very economical bearing arrangement.   Steel cages. Unit or split assmebly with rollers sorted in 2 pm groups and identifing colour codes on package. Design: Standard cage ; cage - inner centred on shaft ; cage - outer centred in the housing. Welded / one piece construction.
         
2.Roller cages non ferrous   Designed for high load carrying capacity. Smooth running, low fractional resistance, easy to install. Normally cages are outer centred in the housing   Material : Brass / Aluminium Bronze
         
3.Needle Roller Bearings : Cage guided needles   Machines and ground outer ring provides high capacity and shock resistance   With or withour outer ring. Controlled internal clearance.
